Robert Booth, the former Deputy Director of the State Department's Office of Counterintelligence, who will discuss the current role of counterintelligence in protecting our national security secrets and his pivotal participation in several counter-espionage cases that were front page news in the NYTimes and the Washington Post in the 2000s.
