PROJECT OVERVIEW

Greenland recently launched a new agency, Allorfik, to address increasing burden of substance abuse in its population. Allorfik asked a team from Dartmouth to assist with research on best practices for treatment of cannabis use in its youth population. This opportunity is open to undergraduate students with an interest in Arctic health, native health, youth health, and addiction medicine/policy.

Additional information about the project will be posted in January 2017. 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Students interested in undertaking an internship must submit a Global Health Internship Program Application. Candidates may preference up to three internship sites during a single application cycle and are required to answer a short supplemental question for each site. Candidates are required to submit transcripts, and one to two letters recommendation at the time of application. All applications are due on February 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
