Barry Scherr, UArctic Board Chair

University of the Arctic Board Chair and former Dartmouth Provost Barry Scherr spoke at the opening ceremonies of the University of Lapland's 2010-2011 academic year. His welcoming address In Rovaneimi, Finland, highlighted the strong leadership of the University of Lapland in forming international cooperation in northern education and the establishment of the University of the Arctic.
