Ismael Mamoudou-Tanko has 16 years’ experience in entrepreneurship and business management. He also has strong leadership experience with AIESEC, an international platform for young people to discover and develop their leadership potential, present in more than 110 countries. He was national president of AIESEC from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Ismael is the manager of the British School of Lomé’s club and chief executive officer of TIM companies (TIM Services, TIM Promo Cyber, TIM AGRO and soon TIM BioFer) which employ 46 people. He has a Master’s degree in Coaching of Entrepreneurs from Sfax University (Tunisia) and in 2014 launched PlatformEntrepreneurs Africa, an organization which exists to promote an entrepreneurship spirit among Togolese youth. Back in Togo after the Fellowship, Ismael plans to empower and expand PlatformEntrepreneurs Africa in order to reach, motivate, and involve at least 2,400 student per year in entrepreneurship concepts.
