Marisol Maddox, Senior Fellow in the Institute of Arctic Studies, talks about Iceland possibly moving up its referendum on EU membership by a year in response to geopolitical uncertainty.
“There have been very significant changes from the U.S. that are making Europe and Canada really have to question whether the United States is a reliable ally and really seeing the need to diversify different coalitions,” Maddox said.
