Indian Cooking class with League of Kitchens
- Learn to make, Aloo Paratha (Potato Stuffed Flatbread). A layered unleavened flatbread stuffed with potato, onion, spices, and herbs, Raita Yogurt and a cucumber based sauce meant to tame the heat in spicy food.* Food Allergies: This menu includes dairy and wheat.

Make a team with your friends OR join on your own—it's bound to be fun either way! Players will compete in rounds of trivia to see who tops the leaderboard at the end of the night! Dartmouth staff, students, faculty, alumni, and friends may join!
