Ebunoluwa Farinde is an entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience in the fashion business. She started Gallereno Works Ltd as a hobby, and the company has grown to employ and empower several women. A graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, she moved on to be an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women scholar, a Cherie-Blair 'Road to Growth' fellow, and a Youth with Innovation in Nigeria (YOUWIN) awardee.   Ebun faced a lot of challenges while sponsoring herself through university, an experience that inspired her to help other women achieve financial stability and empowerment, irrespective of their age or educational status. To do so, she has trained several women in the art of bead making. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Ebun plans to expand her business and continue supporting women in skill acquisition, startup grants, and gender equality.
