Higor Costa is a small business consultant, accountant, and English Professor. For more than a year, he has worked with small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing business incubator services. He started providing advice to a handful of business owners in rural areas and is now expanding his reach to cover the entire country. His aim is to eradicate unemployment through empowering entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ideas. In his country, most entrepreneurs are set up to fail, due to the structure of the financial system. He is addressing this issue by providing incubator services along with financial help. He ultimately hopes to build a bank incubator. Higor holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Unifanor Wyden, in Brazil. Higor is dynamic, proactive, and passionate about his work. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, he plans to continue his work in delivering the positive change that his country desperately needs.
