Global Health Fellows gathered for a community event to mark the end of Fall term. With a focus on reflection, forward-looking goal setting, and team engagement, the core of the evening was the “Grow and Glow” session, where each student shared:
- “Glow”: One significant professional or academic accomplishment from the Fall term.
- “Grow”: One specific goal or area identified for further development and improved performance in the next term.
Fellows then participated in a commemorative activity designing individual cotton squares. The squares are slated for inclusion in a collective quilt, which will serve as a memento for the Fall 2026 cohort.
We wish all our Global Health Fellows lots of success as they and the rest of the Dartmouth community turn to focus on the upcoming finals.
