Richard Smith T'11 talks about how his team set a world record for the first visually impaired person to trek from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole.
Richard Smith T'11 is the founder of Polar Vision. His team of three set a world record for the first visually impaired person to trek from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole. They raised funds and awareness for sight charities in the US and the developing world. Smith will talk about his Polar Vision trek, and his hopes to make a huge impact on the lives of blind and visually impaired people worldwide.
