Dartmouth is competing in the 2015 Emory International Global Health Case Competition! Students from at least three schools (undergraduate, Geisel, Tuck, Thayer, TDI) will be selected as part of an interdisciplinary team of 4-6 students. The competition will take place at Emory on Saturday, March 28, 2015.
Application deadline: January 22, 2015 at 4:00pm.
The competition is an opportunity for students from 24 national and international universities to learn about, develop, and recommend innovative solutions for a 21st century global health problem. The case topic may include issues relating to health care policy, public health implementation and planning, business partnership/investment, medical research, logistics and management, or other global health arenas.

The competition takes palces at Emory University in Atlant, GA. Students selected for the team must be available for a total of 6-8 hours over the course of winter term (January 4- March 10) to prepare for the competition and meet with advisors. Students must be available the week of March 23-March 29. The case will be released on March 23; it is critical the group meet to review the case together and discuss a strategy. Students selected for the team MUST be available to travel to Atlanta the evening of Thursday, March 26 and will return to Dartmouth on Sunday, March 29.
Travel to and from Dartmouth will be covered by the Dickey Center. Lodging and most meals will be provided by the Emory competition organizers. Personal expenses and meals in transit will not be covered unless discussed with advisors in advance.
