Professor Zinman’s research focuses on household finance and behavioral economics, spanning consumer decision making, supplier strategy, and market outcomes. He applies his research by working with policymakers and financial service providers around the globe to develop and test innovations in pricing, marketing, product development, and choice architecture that are beneficial to both providers and users.
