I am excited to learn about the different cultures of all of our team members. I fence. I have been competing since I was eight. The hardest thing about fencing is getting used to breathing through the mask. If you are left handed, you should definitely do it. Being left handed is a huge advantage. I am not left handed. My first competition was at a national qualifier in San Jose, California.
