King Scholars Leadership Week in NYC
First and second year King Scholars at Dartmouth traveled to New York for a leadership week organized by the Dickey Center. The students representing 13 countries met with organizations and individuals to learn about their work in poverty alleviation, international development, and social impact. They also participated in leadership skills workshops and round out their cultural immersion trip to the big city with visits to key NYC landmarks.
Lombard Fellowships support graduating seniors or first-year Dartmouth alumni — including from the professional schools — wishing to undertake a public service project in the U.S. and globally.
Receive up to $30,000 for a 6-month (minimum) to one-year (maximum) service project that may contribute to the welfare, development, and fulfillment of other human beings.

During winterim, eight students from the Dickey Center's International Studies Minor (ISM) traveled to New York City to connect with professionals at the forefront of international affairs.
